Sara Gómez Trillos, BA
Sara Gómez Trillos is a Research Assistant at the Cancer Prevention and Control Program at Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center. She received her BA in Psychology and Cognitive Science at the University of Virginia. Sara has an interdisciplinary academic background and training, and extensive experience in behavioral research.
Her current research focuses on translational genomics and health disparities with Latina immigrants and African American women. Her research interests also include social determinants of health, social network analysis, and social support and health. Sara will pursue an M.S. in Global Health starting in fall 2019.
