How to Participate

If you have a BRCA gene mutation, you and your relatives may be eligible for the study. Take the brief survey below to see if you’re eligible.

CASCADE Eligibility Survey

After we confirm your eligibility, you will be asked to complete a short survey (5-10 mins) about your test results and whether your relatives have been tested. If you have untested relatives, with your permission, we will send them study information. Your relatives can then choose to participate or decline with no further contact. Even if your relatives are not interested in genetic testing, they can still benefit from the information provided by the study. All participants will receive a $25 gift card as a thank you for your time and participation.
