Research Assistant

Savannah Binion joined The Fisher Center at Georgetown University, Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center as a research assistant in the summer of 2018. Prior to that, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of Wooster and worked as a research assistant at The University of Michigan, Kellogg Eye Center. Savannah’s research interests include genetic counseling practices, genetic disorders, and genome editing. In the future, she intends to pursue further education in the field of genetics, and is considering a career in genetic counseling.
