Claudine Isaacs, MD

Co-Director/Medical Oncologist

Dr. Isaacs is a Professor of Medicine and Oncology, Director of the Clinical Breast Cancer Program, and the Medical Director of the Fisher Center for Hereditary Cancer and Clinical Genomics Research at the Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center, where she has been a faculty member since 1993. She is also Co-Director of the Nontherapeutic Subject Registry Shared Resource, and is the lead investigator for the Familial Cancer Registry.  As a medical oncologist, Dr. Isaacs’ clinical interest is in the treatment of women with breast cancer. She also has expertise in the medical management of individuals at genetically increased risk of cancer. She has published extensively in these areas, and is an investigator on several national grants.
